Week Four!
The feedback on the Challenge so far has been pretty positive. So positive in fact, that some have suggested we up the ante and go to 35 or 40 minutes per activity day starting in January. Post your comments on this change and let me know if you are in favour.

Monday - 41 zone minutes, 10 push-ups and 25 situps.
Tuesday - 45 zone minutes, 10 pushups (can't get past 10!!!!) plus various reps
Wednesday - 30 z minutes, 11 pushups (never done that before - this Challenge is scary!) Have started walking up 9 flights of stairs 1-3 times a day at work (181 steps)
Saturday - 46 zone minutes - 13 pushups. Wow! Terry - thanks for the 'push up challenge'.
And Mapper - I'll be working on touching those toes now too!!!
Week Four-
Sunday 35 Minutes biking plus 15 pushups and 25 super crunches
Monday 30 Minutes biking
Thursday 30 Minutes bike 12 pu
Friday 30 Minutes bike 12 pu
Saturday 45 minutes biking ace hr 128 bpm THEN over 1 hour hip-hop dancing (OK - I'm joking about the HipHop part - I don't know what you call the kind of dancing I do but it was great exercise anyway). This was at one of the many weddings Shanna has been planning this year.
