25th - 30 minutes biking 26th - 30 minutes running - 18 pushups. 27th - 35 min run 2.54 miles 28th - 30 min biking 30th - 30 min run 2 miles - went a little slower but did the last 20 minutes with free weights. Didn't track the reps Trevor - but followed a wall chart. Hoping the weights will help get me past 18 pushups.
